At Indyastuff, we are committed to delivering premium-quality sarees from India to customers around the world with care, transparency, and reliability. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
  • In case of any delay due to high order volume or product customization, we will notify you by email or WhatsApp.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship internationally from India to the United States, United Kingdom, and other major countries worldwide.

If your location is not supported or requires additional verification, our support team will contact you.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We partner with reliable international courier services such as:

  • DHL Express
  • FedEx
  • Aramex
  • India Post International (EMS)

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • USA: 7–12 business days
  • UK: 5–10 business days
  • Other Countries: 7–15 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, weather, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination country, package weight, and selected courier service.

Indyastuff may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, depending on the destination country’s regulations. These charges are not included in your order or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery. Indyastuff is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can track your shipment on the courier’s official website.

7. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. Indyastuff is not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping charges will apply.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos of the packaging and product. For lost or stolen packages, we will assist you with the courier investigation. Indyastuff is not responsible for packages marked as β€œDelivered” by the courier.

9. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
