We take great pride in delivering authentic Indian sareesβ€”including Mithila Painting Sarees, Banarasi Sarees, Handloom Sarees, Designer Sarees, and many more stylesβ€”to customers worldwide. Our Refund Policy is designed to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Due to the nature of ethnic and handcrafted products, refunds are provided only under specific conditions. You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • The product is significantly different from what was described on our website.
  • You report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with valid photo/video proof.

Refunds are NOT provided for:

  • Change of mind / dislike of color or design
  • Slight color variations (due to lighting or screen differences)
  • Custom-stitched, altered, or personalized orders
  • Items purchased during sale or clearance

2. Return Conditions

  • The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All tags, packaging materials, and accessories must be intact.
  • The product must be shipped back only after Indyastuff approves the return request.
  • Returns without approval will not be accepted.

3. Return Request Process

To request a refund or return:

  • Email us at indyastuff21@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 8986235644 within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Attach clear photos/videos showing:
    • Damage or defect
    • Wrong product received
    • Packaging condition

Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days. If approved, we will share the return shipping instructions.

4. Return Shipping Cost

  • For damaged/incorrect items, Indyastuff covers the return shipping.
  • For any other approved return (rare cases), the customer must pay the return shipping cost.
  • We recommend using a reliable tracking-enabled courier service.

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment.

6. Non-Delivery or Lost Packages

If your order is lost in transit or never delivered:

  • We will conduct a verification with the courier service.
  • Upon confirmation, you will receive a full refund or free replacement.

7. International Orders (USA, UK & Other Countries)

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees are non-refundable.
  • In case of returns, the customer must ensure proper international packaging.
  • Delivery delays caused by customs are not eligible for refunds.

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
